We loved the central location - within walking distance to everything including the Sunday car free day area just 200 meters away. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, especially the pool and gardens. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was decent with a good selection of options.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in the city center was perfect for exploring the nearby street market and night market. The staff were not only friendly, but they also spoke excellent English, making our interactions smooth and enjoyable. The service we received here was top-notch, with attentive staff available 24/7 for room service, car hire, and other requests. The rooms were incredibly spacious and provided enhanced comfort with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We also appreciated the added security of an in-room safe. our experience at this hotel was of the highest quality, making our stay here truly memorable.

This hotel had an amazing pool and great location. the staff were always welcoming and happy to help. the buffet breakfast included a variety of food options to choose from.
The rooms were a bit dated and could use an update. the cable TV selection was quite limited and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just 200 meters from a Sunday car-free area and near to all the sights. the rooms are well-maintained and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern facilities. the breakfast buffet is impressive, with plenty of hot and cold, eastern and european to choose from. the hotel also offers complementary transfers to and from the airport, which is a great service.
The staff could be more attentive and interested in their guests' needs.

I recently stayed at a hotel that offers traditional Javanese atmosphere and a quiet surrounding. They served an excellent local breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful, offering me complimentary transport. The location was perfect, within walking distance to tourist attractions and a market.
The hotel is old and needs maintenance. The bath tub and water taps were rusty and the wifi was slow with poor signal.
